If we shipped the wrong item, or something arrived defective, that is on us and we will fix it. Email hello@redletters.us with your order number and a photo and we will sort it.

Every piece goes through a quality check before it ships, so this should be rare. Sizing is the thing worth getting right first — each product page has a measured size chart.
