Shipping policy

SHIPPING

All “non-expedited” Domestic Shipping is FREE. 

All orders are final. We do not offer exchanges. We will replace defective items.

All packages are processed within 2-3 business days of your purchase, this is because in most cases, the printing process begins once your order is placed. Estimated delivery for products in stock at our warehouse is 4-7 business day. “Pre-orders” will be the first to go out once they arrive at our warehouse. 

The estimated delivery windows above should be used as a guide only. If your order is outside the window, please do not worry, your package is being processed and we are doing our best to get everything shipped out as quickly as possible. 

You may experience delays during special releases or major holidays. 

 We do not ship to P.O. boxes. 

ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED

Order Alterations: Once an order has been placed, you cannot remove any items from the cart, so be sure to check your cart thoroughly prior to placing the order.

Address Errors or Typos: Please check your address prior to placing the order to ensure there are no errors or typos that would result in the package not delivering. If your address was input incorrectly, we are not responsible for sending out a new package. 

Carrier Selection: If you know that your address only receives a specific carrier (I.e. USPS or UPS), please be sure to choose the appropriate carrier at checkout. If a package does not deliver because you chose the incorrect carrier for your area, we are not responsible for sending out a new package. 

POST-DELIVERY

Once a package leaves our facility, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier (I.e. USPS or UPS) to ensure the package is delivered. We are not responsible for packages that have been lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong location.
