What exactly is in my box?+
Three Red Letters tees, one Red Letters hoodie, and one complimentary RL Wooden Travel Hanger. That's four garments plus your hanger. Your three tees share your selected tee size; the hoodie comes in your selected hoodie size.
Can I pick the designs or colors?+
The designs and colors are the surprise. We choose from a rotating pool of approximately 72 tee designs and 48 hoodie designs, including unreleased pieces and styles sold out from the regular store. Contents depend on your sizes and availability. A specific design or unreleased piece is not guaranteed.
How do I choose my sizes?+
Select one size for all three tees, then select your hoodie size separately. Choose the sizes you normally wear in Red Letters. Cuts can vary across designs. For help before ordering, contact our team. The selected sizes are shown again at checkout.
Do I need a code for the free hanger?+
No. One RL Wooden Travel Hanger is added to your Mystery Box checkout automatically. You'll see it as a separate, complimentary line. It is red-painted wood with a durable metal hook and folds flat for travel or storage.
When will it arrive?+
Our standard shipping policy allows 2–3 business days for processing and estimates 4–7 business days for US delivery of in-stock warehouse items. Releases and holidays can take longer. What about returns or an issue with my box?+
US orders are final sale, with no change-of-mind, sizing, or fit exchanges. If we send the wrong size or a defective item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can put it right. UK and EU customers have additional cancellation rights.
